The Appalachian State Homecoming Blood Drive is one of the largest single-day, single-site blood drives in the nation.  Appalachian & the Community Together (ACT) and the American Red Cross (ARC) depend on our students to organize, plan, promote, and facilitate this life-saving event.  The student planning committee receives support from ACT and ARC staff in all phases from planning to execution.

  • Working on a team of dedicated individuals with a similar goal
  • Collaborating with non-profit organizations
