Non-Profit Management Minor
Are you interested in working in the nonprofit sector? Add a minor in Non-profit Management to your BA/BS degree to get prepared for working in a non-profit agency.
The minor in Non-Profit Management is offered by the Department of Cultural, Gender, and Global Studies for students who wish to supplement their major course of study with an interdisciplinary exploration of non-profit management. The minor consists of 18 semester hours (optional 21 hours).
For information about how to fulfill the internship portion of this minor, please see our list of community partners. Many of these agencies are willing to take on interns, in addition to volunteers and service-learning students. Come to the Internship Fair (hosted by Career Development Center, late January) or the Making A Difference Career Fair (late March) to meet many of our local agencies all in one location.
