Welcome Community Partners
At the ACT Community Outreach Center one of our main goals is to help
you find the volunteers that you need to make your agency more
productive. Our goal in placing students into an agency is to match the
Community Partner's needs with compatible volunteers.
By meeting with our Associate Director of ACT Community Partnerships and
completing the ACT Community Partner Volunteer Request Form below, your
agency's needs will be entered into our Service Opportunities Directory.
When students come into the ACT Community Outreach Center, an ACT Peer
Counselor will guide the student through the Service Opportunities
Directory and assist in making arrangements with your organization.
Also, an electronic bi-monthly mailing is sent to students who subscribe
to ACTmail. ACTmail notifies subscribers of new and urgent volunteer
opportunities. Thank you for supporting ASU volunteers and our efforts
to plant the "seeds" of citizenship!* *
* If you would like to subscribe to ACTmail, please click here. The
ACT Office also maintains a Community Partner e-mail list, and it is
strongly recommended that local agencies sign up in order to stay
informed about current opportunities, etc. If you would like to sign up
for the Community Partner e-mail list, please click here.
