‎Another epic Dance Marathon this year, we had a ton of fun AND $26,530.98 was raised for the kids! Thank you to the hundreds of dancers who turned out to share their sweet moves!

"Just want to take a minute and tell everyone that Jessie and I spent our afternoon with COLLEGE kids today (at the Dance Marathon at ASU) and as always they impressed me with how they WELCOMED Jessie into their group without a thought of her being different or special she was just "one of the gang"....the future of our world is in GREAT hands with this group of soon to be adults in control of our world!"

• The Service & Leadership United Team for winning the coveted Chancellor's Cup by raising $3,231 and registering 11 dancers for the event

Thank you for visiting our website! Dance Marathon is one of the largest student-run fundraising events on Appalachian's campus. Since our first Dance Marathon in 2003, we have raised over $185,000 for kids in the High Country of Western North Carolina.

The event is a fun and unforgettable experience for everyone! Students dance for 15 hours to raise money for Western Youth Network and Parent to Parent Family Support Network; two outstanding non-profits that provide essential services to kids in our community. The event is packed with fun activities, loads of food, great entertainment, and a lot of awesome dancing!
